Here guide and tool. It's simple, run par file associated with program, add your bad image and click repair.

Yes, I fix it. Just download psxt001z from link above, copy it to folder with image disc3, then create txt file and copy there

@Gaijin: par-sets aren't working!? After first initialisation everything seems okay, 0,1% of the data missing, ready to repair. Then, after repairing and rechecking, multipar says failed to repair set? Any ideas??
