Yes, there will be updates but as I have waaaaay less time for some months, updates will only happen once in a while...

Actually, I was thinking about totally quitting on RS but then again, it would be a pity regarding all the time I spent on my projects here in the past!

Hi guys,
first I will say maaany thanks to s4nQy29A for his hard work. But I have a question: In the first post here, there is a link to the 3DS DLC files. I try to run these files with citra and realized that they won't run. So, on the internet I read that there is a converting tool to convert these CIA files to 3DS files. Haven't try it yet. Does this works? I wonder if there is a DLC set which is already converted, like the decrypted 3DS set. Can anybody melp?

Ok, I found a decrypted DLC Rom on the internet and it works fine in citra.

@s4nQy29A: Please, do you have plans to upload an decrypted No-Intro 3DS DLC set? Also an decrypted No-Intro New 3DS set would be nice. Or maybe someone can point me to a source, please. :)

Actually, I was thinking about totally quitting on RS

Please, don't. Your work is very much appreciated, even if people don't always express it as often as they probably could.

I, for one, even bookmarked this very thread because I frequently come here just for your updates.

It's understandable if you have less time than before, but I hope you can still be around for years to come... and thank you.

Can somebody wise me up what "Switching from ADVANsCEne to No-Intro" means. Does it mean that ADVANsCEne Roms are converted to No-Intro? Also, what exactly means "Non-merged" and "Non-split" sets?

Sorry for dobble post. I know I am a noob, but, can nobody help? I also have another question: what is the reason for Wii and NDS decrypted Isos/Roms, I mean the emulator do not need decrypted Isos/Roms. Only Citra (3DS) needs this for all I know.

first question:
i dont know, can only suggest, it has something to do with differences. Advanscene and No-Intro are widely identical. There are of course other namings.

merged sets are multi-zips containing 10 times supermario of all regions, for example, which makes compression better.
split sets do split only differencies to its sets: So Supermario (japan) has ONLY the japanese language, no game.
So these uploads are: one zip, one full game. (if i'm wrong, correct me)

decrypted roms are better for simple use. i dont know, if any emulator take encrypted roms for good.
I know that citra is the only one which can use encrypted. So its counterwise
just not to be bad, i just proclaim to not to use search anymore for others than myself. Its easy. If you got almost fullsets, your missings are often posted together in one.

Many thanks D34con for answering. But I still dont understand that merged/split thing. s4nQy29A titled it "non-merged, non-split sets". For "non-merged" ok, it is one rar archive per game, so it is not merged. But "non-split" is the opposite of "non-merged". "non-split = merged", right? Either it is merged (so non-split) , or it is split (so non-merged). How can it be both at the same time? That's really confusing.

For citra: citra needs decrypted roms, encrypted won't run. Sorry, but I do not understand what you mean by "if any emulator take encrypted roms for good.". Can you please say it in other words. Sorry, google translation is confusing.
