The one from the post linked above will handle ROMs from the four no-intro headered ROM collections automatically.

Use the one on this (linked) post, not the one on the previous post there.

And the following post has a way to re-header NES ROMs.  It is a batch file and could easily be edited to handle Famicom headers instead.
