It's funny, I don't remember exactly what I did for this collection. :-X But it provides a good amount of source material to work through and find any missing bits to add, if you don't mind the task of determining which rom is the correct base for each.

BTW, you have a blank NDS 2015 folder in Atari 5200.

@dominater01 nice work. congrats. i like the idea of having all hacks and translations in a seprated organized collection. any plans on generating dats for the sets? that would be a very nice addition. thanks for sharing :)

im not knowledgeable enough how to make dats or what there for i mean i get the idea they hold info on everything but idk what program there for or how to make a dat so if someone else could go ahead or if its not to much todo someone could teach me but if it takes to long i might not

3. hey zandro i was wondering as this archive of hacks and translations have every hack and translation even the (a1)(b1)(o1)etc. i was wondering are these worth deleting for the project i didnt remove them because i didnt want to lose out on a game if they where needed
also i wanted to narrow it down for people as well so let me know if its a good idea

[o] tags indicate overdumps (unnecessarily oversized / duplicated data) and [b] tags indicate bad 'dumps' (patches applied to wrong base rom).  [a] are alternate versions, for varying non-fatal reasons.  For a set such as this, they generally aren't worth keeping if you have a proper version on hand.

The latest is most always preferred, as translators often release versions in terms of percent completed, but whether you want to collect all of them or only the most up to date is ultimately your judgement call to make.  I think this already exceeds Maybe-Intro in coverage, but it hasn't been weighed down by any comprehensive renaming either.

well i'll keep them because there not always renamed by % unfortunately, it kinda sucks because the latest is usually the best in terms of it being more translated but that's also not always the case and there's no way to be certain unless someone else has logged this info somewhere

im in the progress of trimming the packs down will report later, thanks for your help

Quote from: Good.doc
The CPC, like many systems, has a 'header' on it's .dsk
files. GoodCPC now flags disks that only differ in this
header area with a new flag: [d]. Treat them as dupes and
delete them unless you don't have another copy.

Unlicensed simply means sold and distributed commercially but without the console manufacturer's authorization. The content can be anything, including a pack of pirated licensed commercial titles, clones of previous titles but with new graphics or level design, ports from other systems, or fully unique games developed by smaller outfits who couldn't, wouldn't, or shouldn't receive a license to distribute due to material they don't allow (gambling, porn, religion, etcetc)
