Interesting post from Robert over here --- > [You are not allowed to view links] Register or Login

For those that cannot see the post:

Version 0.195 is scheduled for February 28th, although hot weather may cause a delay.

This will be 64-bit only. There won't be any more 32-bit builds.

The reason is that there are now so many Neogeo hacks that a 32-bit compile runs out of memory while trying to process them all. At the moment the Neogeo driver is split in half, but soon it would have to be split again as it grows. This is cumbersome and messy at the very least, so 32-bit will have to end. 64-bit does not have this problem.

The new 64-bit executables will not have the 64 at the end; they will just be hbmame.exe and hbmameui.exe

Mordor, can you able to release the UI Version? You don´t need to release a lot of files, we just need only the .exe emulator.  ;)
Thank you!

HBMAME now is able to release 32-bit again.

Hey bud... that is something that is likely never to happen on a regular basis. Nothing personal.
Since there are new people to the site that I'm sure find their way to this thread and the MAME thread as well I'd like to reiterate something I posted many releases ago that new people may not have seen.

Here's what happens with these threads I make:
I like to keep myself up to date during the release cycle (usually every 3 days or so), rather than wait until the next full version comes along. I update from git and then compile the latest version, afterwards I proceed to scan my sets and update where I can. This helps alleviate the need to always grab a ton of files and spend a ton of time updating at months end. Since the compile is already complete, all I do is zip it up and then upload it to share it with all of you that may want it as well or are unable to compile their own build. I don't compile things just for the sake of sharing it... if you know what I mean. This includes UI versions. On another note... I AM NOT MAMEDEV... what I share is "NOT OFFICIAL" in any form whatsoever. My wording may make it sound like I'm being an asshole, but I'm not trying to (it's just a natural gift I have), but seriously... this is really the whole reason I post these threads for in the first place.

Thanks,
Mords

My reason is different, i was trying to find someone can able to release a UI version, because not always the ppxclub website give to us "virus detection" that's all.
I just don´t like the mame DOS Version, i like it in a window to select the games.
M+GUI it doesn´t read quickly, we need to wait a bit to load all the games everytime we open it.

Mamedevs always don´t answer, but when they answer... they fired up our asses.  ;D
And yes, i wait for the official version, this time have so many games even the psmame doesn´t have all of them.  :o
And thanks!

Update: lo585983 release a new one.  ;)
