For the sake of respecting his site license, please obtain all of MADrigal's simulators through his website, madrigaldesign.it ... I recommend the CD Collection download, it will provide at least 131 matches. We are an unauthorised small site, so he doesn't want his stuff attached here.

All licenses, readmes, faqs are unaltered as per his site requisits.

'Pointing' hundreds of users to his site to waste 'his' bandwidth instead of using a free file sharing site or torrent is never a good idea. Thats exactly how sites get shut down - are you funding his server costs?

If you propose we avoid wasting his bandwidth (which may be unlimited depending on the plan), and intend that his license be respected, I then agree that we might as well push into file lockers instead.  I in no way suggest that we would be emulating a download mirror, but effectively, that is how it would appear if we were to link to offsite copies of his work uploaded by us.  By linking to his site, I would indeed increase his web traffic. That is the goal for many, why not him? This way he would be able to have some measure of the popularity of his content with web analytics.  Perhaps we are the wrong audience?

I have de-linked the site, but let me know if you want me to remove the representational text altogether, thereby denying him any linkback and sparing him from our direct line of sight.

Well after using the last set, with the CD download, still missing loads.

Thanks,

The Manual png's you won't find - they are all created.

I haven't been able to figure out how to get pica-pic to work either. I think the swf rely on other files and a script to work but I was tired of having them 'lying' around so I've dumped them in the collection - kind of preserved? :)

If TeeCee or mods are OK with a torrent, then let me know and I'll fire one up - it's the easiest way for me to get the new manuals to you anyway.
I will frown on those starting at 0% though - especially with the last set being recently posted and being almost a year old! ;)

@money_114

Other than the simplicity of file sharing and reading on your PC/device, PDF's are horible to use when you need to work with images and print from them.
They also make it hard to removed watermarks/tags if they are protected. I'd rather just work with images if the PDF has no text and is nothing more than a container for pictures. PDF's just seem to have become the 'norm' for storing and viewing scanned images when a simple archive (CBR) is the better option.

Check that you aren't breaching a 255 260 character filesystem API limit, as there are filenames themselves greater than 128 characters in length.
