PS2 Dump on Usenet?
« on: February 15, 2018 - 22:33:34 »
Filling up my Synology and am looking for a complete PS2 Redump if any is out there.

The last I dealt with any of this was waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy back to more than Usenet preserves so if there is something recent it would be peachy keen.

I have 120 TB of history being filled.
The Synology NAS has apps for SMB, FTP, Web page.
I have no real idea how to set all that up but I am open to the idea of an FTP server that I have no problem sharing as long as they are PD and legal.

So if someone has guidance on running an FTP server and how to set that up to an ISP then clue me in.

You can setup an FTP server using Filezilla. I don't know if it can run directly on the NAS or of it would have to be on a separate server with the NAS mounted as a network share.

With a server running you would then have to configure port 22 (if using SFTP) on your router to port 22 of the IP of the FTP server on your local network.
